ID Logistics, a European contract logistics operator, strengthens its position on the market of logistics services dedicated to the e-commerce industry. In Russia, ID Logistics is developing cooperation with LPP, one of the largest Polish clothing companies, managing its new e-commerce warehouse with an area of 40,000 sqm.
ID Logistics Russia began strategic cooperation with LPP at the beginning of 2021. In the summer, the operator launched operationally and now manages a new fullfilment center for a clothing company, located in Zhukovsky, in the eastern part of the Moscow region. Thanks to the increased operational capacity, the warehouse will achieve the assumed capacity by the end of the year. Currently, a team of over 600 employees is responsible for handling e-commerce orders in the LPP warehouse near Moscow and the recruitment process is still underway.
“We are proud that we have been selected by LPP to implement the e-commerce logistics project in Russia, which is strategic for this company. The fulfillment center for LPP integrates all the latest technologies in the field of completion and preparation of e-commerce orders. We will make every effort to support the development of our partner on the Russian market,” emphasizes Vera Gorbacheva, CEO of ID Logistics Russia.
