Kushner Companies has made Laurent Morali the firm’s new president, a promotion from his previous position as head of acquisitions and capital markets. Morali, who joined Kushner in 2008 from Calyon Securities, is the firm’s first president in a decade. According to Real Capital Analytics Morali has accounted for $3.2 billion worth of acquisitions since joining the firm and $14 billion in deals sales and financing are included. Jared Kushner will continue to head the development company as CEO.
