Colliers International appointed Laurentiu Duică associate director of its industrial division. Duică previously served as head of leasing and development at the P3 investment fund for two and a half years. He also worked for seven years at FM Logistic.
“The consolidation of the Colliers consultancy team for industrial space came as a natural step and we intend, with the help of Laurentiu and his experience, for this sector to become one of the pillars for the growth of Colliers businesses,” said Ilinca Paun, managing director of Colliers International.
