Lawyers at Vilímková Dudák & Partners have launched Padok Investments. The Prague-based group will invest capital from its own resources as well as from private investors and is looking for investment opportunities in the sports, healthcare and property sectors. The group’s six owners include Marcela Vilímková, Pavel Dudák and Vítězslav Kus. Kus said that the group is planning to offer investment opportunities to small investors, willing to place hundreds of thousands of crowns, according to the server e15. In the initial phases, the group will offer yields of around 10 percent. In further phases, yields are expected to drop to 6.5 percent. The private ice hockey stadium Padok Icerink is Padok Investments first project, with CZK 40m of the total CZK 170m investment raised from small private investors.
