Layetana Developments Polska is partnering with the Spanish private equity giant Aventicum to develop commercial and housing project across Poland. Layetana, which is already scouting out investment plots around the country, said its first project will go up in Warsaw. Layetana’s portfolio includes two residential projects: Mozaika and sPlace-smart living. “We’ve been looking for an experienced partner with a strong financial position who would help us complete our two flagship projects in Warsaw,” said Justyna Kałuża of Layetana Developments Polska. “We’ve also been looking for someone interested in developing new projects.”
