Lazienkaplus.pl has leased an additional 4,000 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Poznan logistics park. As a result, online retailer of bathroom equipment in Poland will occupy 9,000 sqm. The facility is to be handed over to the tenant in the first quarter of 2021. The adviser in the transaction was Axi Immo. The MLP Poznan logistics park is located in Koninko, 16 km from the center of Poznan. Ultimately, the MLP Poznan project will offer 90,000 sqm of warehouse and production area.
