The MLP Group is developing 3,500 sqm of warehouse space at its Poznań logistics park for Łazienkaplus.pl. The leader in online sales of bathroom accessories will move to MLP Poznań at the end of March 2018. The deal was brokered by AXI Immo. MLP Poznań is located in Koninko, 16 km to the southeast of the Poznań city center. MLP Poznań is going up on a 19 ha plot and will eventually offer 86,200 sqm of warehouse and light industry space.
