LBP Manufacturing Poland has renewed its lease agreement on more than 5,000 sqm of industrial and office space at Logicor Park in Łódź. JLL represented LBP during the transaction process. The company manufactures food and beverage packaging. Logicor Park is located on Manewrowa street in Łódź’s Widzew district, 6 km from the city center. The complex offers 55,000 sqm of industrial space. “The specificity of the LBP’s manufacturing business requires a scheme that meets numerous technical requirements involving some adjustments of space. Furthermore, the location and access to qualified employees is also a crucial aspect. Logicor Łódź I meets all the needs of our client, and thus LBP’s decision to renew the lease agreement within the investment,” said Paulina Dziubińska, a senior consultant with the industrial department at JLL.
