LC Corp has acquired a 5,400 sqm plot on Kolejowa street in Wrocław. The company is planning to build a new office building at the site. The plot sold for PLN 32m. LC Corp has developed numerous projects in the city, including Sky Tower, Arkady Wrocławskie and Retro Office House, which has recently been sold. The company’s portfolio also includes Wola Center and Wola Retro in Warsaw.
