LCP has obtained an occupancy permit for the new M PARK – a retail park in Rawa Mazowiecka. It is the second facility of this type in the city in the LCP Group’s portfolio.
The first M Park project, located at Al. Konstytucji 3 Maja 3a, was opened in 2020. At that time, it offered 2,500 sq m of GLA for its clients. From the very beginning, the main tenants of the facility are chain brands such as CCC, KiK, Martes Sport and Dealz. The retail park offers 45 parking spaces for visitors.
Meeting the needs of local residents, LCP decided to implement another M Park II project in Rawa Mazowiecka. The project is located 5 minutes from the first investment opened 2 years earlier.
Thanks to the extension of the offer with new, well-known brands, M Park will provide buyers with the opportunity to make purchases in new stores, which will complement the existing offer with services from the household appliances sector, sports, non-food discount and DIY.
The new retail park will provide nearly 4,000 sqm retail space where five tenants will offer their products. The main brands will include: Media Expert, Tedi, Pepco, KS Sport and the food operator Lidl. M Park will provide its customers with over 100 parking spaces with direct access to the Lidl store and other tenants of the facility.
This is another project in the LCP portfolio that continues the strategy of opening good commercial projects that take into account the needs of local residents.
The project was purchased by the LCP Group from Green Hills Investment shortly after obtaining the building permit.
“The investment in question is the second project implemented by Green Hills Investment in Rawa Mazowiecka. This confirms the potential of this city as well as the constant and dynamic development of our group. We implement investments to meet the expectations of the local community, which is why we guarantee a diverse mix of tenants, which is the food operator Lidl and the tenants: Pepco, KS Sport, TEDi or Media Expert. I am convinced that the Retail Park will enjoy a lot of interest from customers and will enrich the commercial offer of the residents of Rawa Mazowiecka as well as the surrounding towns,” says Sebastian Sypniewski, GHI board member
“Another M Park project, which we are opening in Rawa Mazowiecka, perfectly illustrates the market demand in Poland for modern retail space in medium-sized cities. Well-known chain brands with their own requirements as to the quality of space are still eager to open stores in such facilities, often cooperating with local entrepreneurs. These types of projects allow them to precisely adjust the offer to optimally meet the expectations of local residents. Another important factor is the support of tenants for e-commerce activities, which allows online clients to finalize transactions in the shopping complex,” says Justyna Małysko, Senior Leasing Manager, LCP Properties
The autumn period will be very active for the company, as it plans to open a few more retail parks (M PARK) by the end of the year.
At the same time, LCP Properties is building SBU warehouse projects, which are an excellent offer for companies that need both a small office and dedicated warehouse space. These types of projects are also perfect for entities operating in the e-commerce and exhibition industry.
“The coming months are a very important and active time for LCP. We plan to open more retail parks built by Fima. The new facility in Rawa Mazowiecka is LCP’s first investment under the new M Park brand,” adds Brian Kober, Project Manager of LCP Properties.
