A new luxury boutique has opened in the Croatian capital city of Zagreb. Le Premier is located in downtown Zagreb where it offers 62 rooms, a penthouse presidential apartment, a spa center, saunas, a fitness center, cigar and lounge bar. It also offers a restaurant with the double Michelin Star Executive Chef, Stefano Cosattini. The hotel is the result of a reconstruction of a 20th century palace, built in 1923 by the Croatian architect Lav Kalda. The investment was €10m.
