The fifth phase of Platinum Business Park was delivered at the corner of Domaniewska and Wołoska Street in Warsaw, just days after its developer GTC obtained the occupancy permit for it. The announcement followed news that a new tenant, PSA Group, had signed up for 3,500 sqm in the building, joining a list of tenants that includes VeriFone Polska, Schrack-Seconet oraz K2 i Starcom. The new tenants is the owner of Peugeot oraz Citroën car brands, and of PSA Finance. This newest lease increases the occupancy rate of the 11,000 sqm building to 90 percent.
