Office take-up in Poland during the first three months of the year hit 130,000 sqm, up 2 percent q-o-q, according to Cushman & Wakefield. The largest lease deals in Q1 included Akamai鈥檚 11,200 sqm renegotiation in Krak贸w, Perform Media鈥檚 6,400 sqm pre-lease in Katowice, and GlobalLogic鈥檚 6,300 sqm renegotiation and expansion in Krak贸w. Total office stock in Poland鈥檚 core regional cities (Krak贸w, Wroc艂aw, Pozna艅, the Upper Silesian and Zag艂臋bie Metropolis, 艁贸d藕, Lublin and Tricity) reached 5.19 million sqm in Q1. With a combined office stock of more than 3 million sqm, Krak贸w, Wroc艂aw and Tricity are the biggest regional office markets.
