LeCesse Development Corp., located in Altamonte Springs, has submitted plans to the city of Orlando for a downtown mixed-use development. The project, Ecco on Orange, will feature a 300 unit apartment complex which will be a part of the master planned scheme dubbed the Southside Shoppes. The Southside Shoppes will includes 8 acres of land for stores and restaurants just north of the apartments. Located along Butler Drive between Orange Avenue and Center Street, the retail component will include a parking lot and a small road running in between the parking lot and some stores. LeCesse Development specializes in building apartments and has more than 90 properties nationwide with 17 Orlando-area properties, including GrandVille on Avalon Park, GrandVille at Jubilee Park, Ancora.
