In a deal worth €600m, LEG Immobilien AG has signed an agreement to buy 13,800 residential units in North Rhine-Westphalia from Vonovia SE. The annual rental income from the properties is currently around €48m. The deal must still be approved by the Federal Antitrust Office. Closure is set for next spring.
