Legal & General Investment Management has appointed Siobhan Boylan as chief financial officer, reporting to Mark Zinkula, chief executive officer.
Boylan joins LGIM from Aviva North America (ANA), where she was previously Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Chicago with responsibility for the firm’s US and Canadian finance functions.
Prior to this she held a number of senior finance roles within the Aviva Group and was CFO of Aviva Investors from 2007 – 2011, immediately prior to her move to the US. Siobhan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in 1995.
