Atlanta investment firm, Centennial Holding Co., has picked up the newly completed Crest at Millenia apartment complex in a $42.8 million deal. Located at 5100 Millenia Waters Dr. near Orlando’s North I-Drive corridor, the 252 unit community traded for roughly $170,000 per unit. Jay Ballard and Ken Delvillar represented the seller, Miami-based Lennar Multifamily Communities. The three-story, garden-style luxury property was completed last year by Lennar Multifamily.
