The DIY chain Leroy Merlin took over the online portal oferia.pl from Allegro Group. The value of the transaction was agreed to be kept confidential. This is the French retailerās second e-commerce site. The oferia.pl website was originally set up in 2008 by Krzystof and Agnieszka JagodziÅsc, who sold thier business to Allegro in 2009.
