Leroy Merlin, the French home improvement and gardening retailer, has leased 3,400 sqm of warehouse space at Pomeranian Logistics Center. JLL represented the tenant during the lease process. The Pomeranian Logistics Centre, owned by Goodman, is a complex of warehouse projects in Gdańsk. The center is a multimodal logistics center, linking Poland with other countries by road, rail and ship. Previously, advisers from JLL supported the French company in leasing 123,600 sqm in Piątek, near Łódź.
