In one of the biggest investments on the Polish industrial market this year, the French DIY chain Leroy Merlin is planning to open a 53,000 sqm distribution center in the town of Stryków. The BTS facility will supply the retailer’s Polish chain. JLL advised Leroy Merlin in the lease process.
“This new logistics center, from which we will provide services for all of our 48 stores in Poland, will be built in Stryków. Thanks to this investment, we will be able to further optimize our supply chain. Furthermore, our customers will have even quicker and more effective access to Leroy Merlin products. We would like to thank representatives of JLL for their professional support as well as help in negotiating attractive lease terms,” said Michał Szkudlarek, supply chain director at Leroy Merlin.
