Leslie Hale was named president and CEO of RLJ Lodging Trust. Hale will replace Ross Bierkan, who is retiring in August. Hale currently serves as executive vice president, COO and CFO. Hale joined RLJ Development, the company’s predecessor in 2005 as its director of real estate and finance and was promoted to vice president in 2006. Hale a degree in Finance from Howard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
