Liberty Property Trust has offloaded 779,190 sq ft of suburban office properties in Pennsylvania in two separate transactions totaling $106.9m. In the first transaction, Liberty sold properties in Malvern for $14.9m. The second sale included properties in Wayne, King of Prussia and Malvern. The assets totaled 592,942 sq ft. Liberty owns a 100 million sq ft portfolio covering 554 properties which provide distribution, light manufacturing and office facilities to 1,200 tenants.
