Liebrecht & wooD is planning to invest €300m into a residential project it is developing in Frumusani, a town 22 km from Bucharest. The company acquired the 190 ha plot gradually over the last four years.
Sorin Ioan Blaga, CEO Liebrecht & wooD, said the company explored different options for the land before deciding to build approximately 5,000 housing units. Frumusani Residential Park will be developed over a 10-year period.
