Belgian company Liebrecht & Wood plans to develop a new residential complex 22 km from Bucharest, in the town Frumusani. The residential complex will include about 5,000 housing units, both houses and apartment buildings and will be built on a plot of 190 ha. Frumusani Residential Park requires an investment of about €500m and will take more than 10 years to complete.
Liebrecht & Wood announced earlier this year that it will invest about €110m in a shopping center near Bucharest called Cernica Park. The Belgian company has also developed other projects in Bucharest like Fashion House Bucharest, Militari Shopping Center and Victoria Business Park.
