Liebrecht & wooD Poland and BBI Development are kicking off the next stage of their Centrum Praskie Koneser scheme in Warsaw, having just selected Hochtief Polska to oversee the construction of four office and retail buildings. Worth €23.59m, the contract has already been signed, according to Hochtief, which has until the end of 2017 to complete the work. The 32,000 sqm building will have between two and six storeys. The mixed-use Centrum Praskie Koneser scheme is going up on the corner of Ząbkowskiej, Markowskiej, Białostockiej and Nieporęckiej streets.
