Liebrecht & wooD took over two investment plots that are part of the Koneser mix-used complex in Warsaw from its JV partner BBI Development. Worth PLN 24.8m, an agreement has already been signed between Liebrecht’s Realty 3 Management, a K-Invest 2 vehicle, and BBI. The 0.59 ha plot is located at the corner of Białostocka and Nieporęcka streets and the project calls for flats, office and retail space, according to a design by BBI-owned Juvenes Projekt.
Led by a JV between the local developer BBI Development and Liebrecht & wooD, Centrum Praskie Koneser is a revitalization of the old Wytwórnia Wódek complex. Once delivered, the investment will add 25,500 sqm of offices, 20,000 sqm of retail and 330 loft and softloft-style apartments.
