The Ukrainian-Montenegrin company Liko Soho Group plans to start construction of a five-star luxury hotel in Bar in November. Its president Igor Lisov said the investment is worth €150 million. He explained that the project includes the construction of a five-star hotel and an apartment part with complete supporting infrastructure, which will be located on the first floors of the complex.
According to the project, approved by the city architect, the hotel will have about 300 accommodation units, five restaurants, a coffee bar, a spa, a playroom, a casino and a retail area. He expects that after the completion of the 120,000 sqm project 1,000 and 1,200 jobs will be created.
