Limak Holding announced its plans to develop a multi-functional commercial and residential complex in Skopje. Costs are expected to total €250m. The company is hoping to begin construction by the end of the year. The new complex will go up near the Old Railway Station.
The scheme will cover an area of 300,000 sqm and will include 1,000 apartments, a shopping center, a special area for cultural activities and an extended parking lot.
