Linchris Hotel Corp. from Hanover, Mass. has purchased the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel servicing Miami International Airport. Located at 7707 N.W. 103rd Street the 259 room hotel changed hands for $21.9 million, or $84,556 per room. The 397,384 square foot building was built in 1983 on four acres and has over 10,500 square feet of meeting space. CBRE’s Paul Weimer, Christian Charre and Natalie Castillo represented the seller, PointOneHoldings. The property last traded for $16.2 million in 2008.
