Lincoln Property buys pair of Orlando establishments

6 October 2017

Lincoln Property has purchased two downtown Orlando properties, the Cheyenne Saloon and Hamburger Mary’s in a $5.5 million transaction. Located at 110 West Church Street and 126 West Church Street, the assemblage totals just under one acre. Church Street Station is a mix of historic and newer buildings developed by Bob Snow and Cameron Kuhn in the 1970’s and 1980s. Lincoln Property is currently building a 25 story tower, Tremont Center, just south of the newly acquired buildings.
