Lindner Immobilien Management Bulgaria broke ground on a new residential complex in Lozen, a village near Sofia. The Bulgarian subsidiary of Germany’s Lindner Vermoegensverwaltungs will invest $174m in the project. The first stage of Residential Park Lozen will include 136 residential units as well as a commercial zone, a school, a kindergarten, a sports center and public areas. The scheme was designed by Ivo Petrov Architects Ltd.
