Lindorff acquires Aktua from Centerbridge

The Norwegian company Lindorff has reached an agreement to complete the acquisition of the Spanish real estate services company Aktua. The seller is Centerbridge Partners, an opportunistic fund that bought the company in 2012. According to market sources, Lindorff fought off competition from Apollo Capital Management and the German firm Activum SG Capital Management. Aktua manages around 42,000 properties worth €7bn. Those assets will be added to those that Lindorff already manages in Spain. Lindorff’s manages the property assets of the various real estate companies that it has acquired with a staff of 4,000. It’s located on 11 countries of operation, including Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia and Germany.
