Linklaters and William Demant have signed on Echo’s Q22 office tower. The international law firm Linklaters took 4,500 sqm of offices in the ongoing project, while the health care company William Demant will take 3,400 sqm of space. The two leases follow a recent agreement with the online retailer Allegro, which is consolidating its Warsaw’s operation in the project. This has pushed occupancy in the project to 26,500 sqm out of a total of 52,000 sqm the tower is offering.
