Linlo Properties has purchased a Class A office building in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for an undisclosed amount. CBRE brokered the deal for the 87,000 sqf asset on Interstate Drive which is commonly referred to as the AT&T building. Built in 1998, the building’s tenants include AT&T, Crump Insurance and AXA Financial. The seller, Lexington Harrisburg L.P., is an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust. “This office building is one of a few highly sought after Class A, large floor plate suburban office properties in the Harrisburg market,” said Michael Curran CBRE. “This deal aligned with the buyer’s recent aggressive acquisition strategy and highlights the strong demand for well-located Class A office facilities in the suburban Harrisburg market.”
