Lion’s Head Investment has acquired the Megapark business center, one of the largest office buildings in Sofia. The 45,000 sqm property is located on Tsarigradsko Chaussee, having opened in 2010. The price has not been made public. Lion’s Head Investment is a joint venture between Old Mutual & AG Capital. It previously acquired the historical landmark Polygraphia Office Center, a 35,000 sqm facility whose tenants include Bosch, EY, GfK, Groupama and Poker stars.
