Lionbridge Poland, a company providing translation, online marketing and global content management, has renewed its lease and expanded its space at the Taifun office building in Warsaw. Lionbridge will now occupy the entire 7,000 sqm building. The company was represented by JLL. The Taifun office building is located in the city’s Jerozolimskie business corridor, the third largest office district in Warsaw, close to the center and the airport. “Our long-term cooperation with Lionbridge on the real estate strategy has reached its implementation phase. Renewing and expanding the lease at Taifun is the first phase of the optimization of office space that the company occupies in Warsaw,” said Anna Krześniak, senior consultant for the office agency and tenant representation at JLL.
