The Spanish real estate Litexco Investments sold its Litexco Stirbey Center office building in Bucharest to an investment fund for €4m. The name of the investment fund was not disclosed.
Litexco had done an extensive upgrade on the building, which was originally built in 1883, before reopening the center in 2005.
In addition to Romania, Litexco also operates in Argentina, Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia and Spain. The company specializes in the management and analysis of developed properties. Litexco has invested in numerous environmental projects, including a photovoltaic park in Barcelona.
