Jacksonville based Live Oak Contracting has won the tender to build a $10 million apartment community in Richmond, Virginia. The new community, The Retreat at West Creek Phase II will have 82 luxury apartments spread out over three buildings totaling 78,616 square feet. The developer of the project is MAA with Niles Bolton Associates of Atlanta providing the architecture plans. Construction is expected to start Nov. 23 with a completion time frame of 14 months.
