Livesport officially started building its new headquarters in Prague 5-Nové Butovice. The global provider of sports data bought the project from CTP. Aspira Business Center will offer 18,000 sqm of office, of which Livesport will use 6,000 sqm. The investor has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to be the building’s asset and facility manager, responsible for leasing the rest of the space. The ground floor will accommodate a restaurant, retail and a conference center. Costs are estimated in the vicinity of CZK 750m. The building, designed by the architect Václav Hlaváček, is aiming for both LEED Gold and BREEAM Excellent certification. PM Group is overseeing construction, with completion scheduled for November 2017.
