All Aboard Florida and the city of West Palm Beach have a deal pending that would allow residential units to be built at the new high speed rail station in West Palm Beach. Under the agreement All aboard will build an access road from Clematis Street to the station and buy the required land for $3.8 million. The company would then donate the road and the redevelopment properties back to the city. The plan is set to go before the city commission Monday for final approval. The size of the new residential project has not been released. The planned high speed rail line will run between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando.
