Liz Koteles was named vice president for commercial investments at FCP. Koteles will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she will launch a fourth regional office overseeing the company’s commercial activities in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Tampa and Orlando. Prior to joining FCP, she served as vice president of leasing at JLL and was manager of corporate strategy and business development at Novelis.
“While FCP has been active in Atlanta and other key southeastern markets for a number of years, Liz Koteles, working out of our new Atlanta office, will allow us to be even more effective in deploying our newly-raised Fund IV capital,” said Esko Korhonen, managing partner at FCP.
