A Jacksonville apartment complex inside the Deerwood Office Park has sold to Miami-based rental property and investment firm Lloyd Jones Capital for $40.8 million. Located at 4435 Touchton Road, the 282-unit Deerwood Park complex changed hands for just over $144,680 per residence. The purchase marks the third acquisition for the firm in Jacksonville, having already acquired The Meeting House at Collins Cove and Laurel Pointe. Lloyd Jones Capital plans to improve the clubhouse and to upgrade the interiors of the units.
