Less Mess Storage (LMS) bought five City Self Storage outlets. Three storage facilities in Prague and two in Warsaw (a total of 16,700 sqm) cost the Canadian investor €14m. The acquisition has made LMS the leading self storage supplier on the CEE market. LMS purchased the portfolio in April, but the deal took nearly five months to close. Occupancy at all LMS storage units has increased to 80 percent since April, writes the server ihned.cz.
