Fashion brand Local Heroes has leased 81 sqm at Mokotowska Square in Warsaw. The boutique was opened in December. The owner of the building was advised by Savills. Mokotowska Square is a class A office building in central Warsaw offering 8,500 sqm of leasable office space and 1,100 sqm of retail space. The property was completed in 2011 by Yareal Polska. The owner of the property is Deka Immobilien.
