Logicor, a owner and operator of logistics real estate in Europe, has enhanced its Czech team with two new appointments and a promotion, in response to increased levels of activity in this key market.
Pavel Rufert, who has been promoted to Director of Logicor Czech Republic, established Logicor´s permanent Prague office in Spring 2021, and since then has significantly grown the company’s presence in the region.
In his new role leading the Czech team, Pavel will continue to strengthen Logicor’s market presence, focusing on strategic land acquisition and new project development to support the expansion of the portfolio and wider business.
Pavel has 14 years of experience in industrial and commercial real estate, previously working for leading international industrial property development, investment, asset management and advisory firms.
Alžběta Pastrnková, joined Logicor Czech Republic in February 2023 as an Asset Manager, having previously worked within the Czech real estate market since 2017, focusing on leasing commercial properties.
At Logicor, she is responsible for the leasing of standing and new assets in Logicor’s Czech portfolio. Prior to joining Logicor, Alžběta worked for 108 Agency, in the Office and Industrial Leasing teams. Alžběta studied Mathematics and Biology at Masaryk University in Brno.
Libor Zbojan joined Logicor Czech Republic in February 2023 as a Project Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating technical aspects ranging from site evaluation to the construction of planned new developments and redevelopments. Libor is an experienced Project and Property Manager with over 15 years’ experience in the property development and construction industries. He previously worked for real estate companies including Kajima, CTP Invest, CPI Group and Penta Real Estate for example. Libor graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering.
