Logicor Poland announced changes to its senior leadership

Logicor Poland announced changes to its senior leadership, Michał Ptaszyński has been promoted to Country Manager and Anna Mazepa is now Asset Management Director. The company also welcomed two new team members, Piotr Brycki as a new Senior Asset Manager and Magdalena Palmowska, a new Project Manager.

Michał Ptaszyński has been appointed as Country Manager in Poland. His responsibilities include overseeing all of Logicor’s investment and operational activities in Poland. Michał has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and joined Logicor in 2018, most recently serving as Head of Asset Management CEE.

Newly appointed Asset Management Director, Anna Mazepa, will oversee the development and execution of property-level strategies to enhance asset value for our customers and ensure Logicor’s investment objectives are met. Anna has been with Logicor since 2014, previously serving as Senior Asset Manager.

Piotr Brycki joins the asset management team in Silesia as Senior Asset Manager, where he will be responsible for acquiring new tenants and negotiating Logicor leases. Prior to joining Logicor, he spent seven years at Prologis as leasing manager and for other logistics companies. Piotr is a marketing and management graduate of the Opole University of Technology and also holds a degree in real estate management from the University of Economics in Katowice.

Magdalena Palmowska has also recently joined Logicor Poland as Project Manager, supporting the team on technical issues with larger capex schemes, including building expansions. She will advise on budgeting expenditures and review information for the asset management and acquisition teams. Prior to joining Logicor, Magdalena worked for over 17 years as an architect in the construction sector after graduating from the Warsaw University of Technology.

Michał Ptaszyński, new Country Manager, Logicor Poland, said, “Magda and Piotr’s knowledge and experience in real estate and management will help drive our strategic commitment to create and manage flexible and sustainable spaces for customers. With this team in place, we are sure to have great years ahead.”

Our Polish Asset Managers will focus on creating value for customers in specific regions. Anna Mazepa (Asset Management Director) will be responsible for central Poland, Piotr Brycki (Senior Asset Manager) for Silesia and Kraków, Marcin Wronecki (Senior Asset Manager) for Poznań and Wrocław, and Paweł Tarkowski (Asset Manager) for the Warsaw region.
