Logivest has leased almost 20,000 square meters of hall space to syncreon in the Dortmund city area. In the future, the logistics service provider will handle business for a large international customer in the property at Lindnerstrasse 21. Around 18,000 square meters of hall space and over 1,800 square meters of office and social space as well as an additional around 1,700 square meters of mezzanine space are available on a 39,000 square meter site. Landlord is Logicor.
The proximity to Dortmund and the shipping locations located there was particularly important for syncreon. Logivest was able to offer the logistics service provider a hall area that met their expectations. “The property is the last large-scale property of this quality in Dortmund. Not least because of the location and the still good availability of employees, Dortmund is a logistics hotspot,” says Kresimir Basic, Head of Letting at Logivest NRW GmbH.
The property offers generous maneuvering areas as well as parking and storage facilities. The delivery takes place on both sides via 23 ramps.
The location is ideal for e-commerce logistics: in the north of Dortmund and in the immediate vicinity of the A2 motorway and the nearby A42, A45 and A40 motorways. The port area with the container terminal can also be reached in just under five minutes by car, and the future workforce can reach the logistics hall quickly and easily thanks to the good connection to local public transport.
