Logivest has brokered more than 15,000 sqm in Bad Hersfeld to the logistics service provider Adecco Business Solutions GmbH. The rental unit at Berliner Strasse 1 offers around 14,800 sqm of hall space and 530 sqm of office space. The lessor is the Frankfurt CURATOR r.e.m. Inc.
Adecco Business Solutions GmbH was looking for a suitable property in the Frankfurt area to handle logistics for a customer from the automotive industry. Thanks to its nationwide network, Logivest found the right hall for pallet handling in the industrial area in Bad Hersfeld, which is characterized by its good transport connections. The 15,000 sqm of hall and office space are on one floor and are served via ramps.
