In Mönchengladbach, at Dohrweg 36, Logivest has brokered around 2,500 square metres of warehouse space and 1,800 square metres of open space to MIC Logistik GmbH. To handle logistics for a well-known solar module manufacturer, the logistics service provider was looking for an extension to its existing warehouses in the North Rhine-Westphalian city.
In the Uedding district, Logivest was able to offer a logistics area that met all the requirements. The property is completely fenced and has two electric closing gates – an important factor in terms of security for the spacious open space. The modern warehouse can be accessed by trucks via two ground-level gates, one of which offers an internal ramp so that unloading can also take place in the hall when the gate is closed.
“The property is not only convincing due to its modern equipment, but also due to its location not far from MIC Logistik’s existing warehouses as well as the optimal connection to the A44 and A52 motorways, which are in the immediate vicinity,” says Ilias Krause, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest NRW GmbH.
MIC Logistik GmbH plans to move into the property in September 2023.
