Logivest has brokered around 5,000 square meters of logistics space in Ingolstadt to the logistics service provider SCA Logistik & Fulfillment GmbH. In addition to 4,900 square meters of storage space, the rental unit at Borsigstrasse 3 also includes 120 square meters of office space. The lessor is the Staudinger group of companies based in Bad Kötzting, Bavaria, which is active in various areas such as real estate, tourism and health.
SCA Logistik & Fulfillment specializes in the successful implementation of all kinds of logistics services in the areas of fulfillment, promotional goods logistics, online shop logistics, advertising material logistics and storage. The new rental space in Ingolstadt, which the company will move into at the beginning of 2022, is to be used as a logistics area for order picking.
The area now rented is part of the “Industrial and Commercial Park Staudinger Ingolstadt”. “With its central location directly at Ingolstadt’s main train station and the fact that the A 9 can be reached in just a few minutes, it is one of the best locations in the region for a logistics service provider geared towards online trading and for its customers and employees,” says Frank Nüsslein, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest.
